Peter is Executive Chairman of HOPE Technik Pte Ltd, a company he co-founded in 2006. HOPE Technik has businesses in the engineering of Professional Service Robotics and Special-Purpose Vehicles.
Peter received his bachelors’ degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore in 2003 where he started the NUS Formula SAE racecar engineering team as well as the programme for the Robotic Exploration at the Great Pyramid in Egypt with National Geographic.
Peter subsequently joined Team Petronas Touring Cars, a racecar engineering team that competed in the British, German and Asian Touring Car Championships, which he concluded this stint as the Chief Engineer.
Having satisfied his decade-long thirst for racecar engineering, he returned to Singapore and co-founded HOPE Technik (together with Michael Leong, Jeff Tang and Ng Kiang Loong). HOPE has grown into a leading engineering company in Singapore with a global clientele of multi-national companies and Government agencies in sectors including healthcare, defence, homeland security, semi-conductor, food and various commercial/ industrial arenas.
Peter was awarded the Outstanding Young Alumni Award from NUS in 2009, was a finalist for ‘Singaporean of the Year 2015’ by the Straits Times and a member of the ‘Emerging Stronger Taskforce’ that was awarded the Singapore President’s Certificate of Commendation in 2022.

Professor Yaacob Ibrahim, Adjunct Professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy (NUS), is an Advisor to SIT’s President and founding Director of CLASIC. He was Singapore’s Minister-in-charge of Cybersecurity (2015–2018), Minister for Communications and Information (2011–2018), Environment and Water Resources (2004–2011), and Community Development and Sports (2002–2004). He served as Minister-in-charge of Muslim Affairs for 16 years and as MP (1997–2020). A civil engineering graduate from NUS (1980), he earned a PhD from Stanford University (1989) and was a postdoctoral fellow at Cornell. Currently, he chairs the St John’s Island Marine Laboratory, sits on various boards, and advises AI Singapore, promoting the nation's AI development.

Mr. Gary Kunis was formerly Cisco's Chief Science Officer, to lead the company's product and technology strategy.
He was involved in the design, implementation and operation of large scale data and telecommunications networks for several U.S. government agency programs, including the Department of Defense, U.S. Navy, U.S. Air Force, National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), as well as for civilian agencies while working for the Boeing Company. Kunis also held a number of senior engineering positions with Boeing's commercial and defense-related businesses.
He has been a private investor in biotech companies and has been providing advice to technology companies. Gary also provides support to aspiring entrepreneurs at SMU through the Gary Kunis Scholarship in Entrepreneurship and Technopreneurship which is made possible by the Kunis Foundation.

Hugh graduated from the University of Liverpool in 1987 with a Bachelor of Engineering (First Class) degree on a Singapore Armed Forces (Overseas) Scholarship. He holds a Master of Science (Management of Technology) from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, United States of America, 1998.
Prior to joining CLC, Hugh was the CEO of the Building & Construction Authority (BCA), where he was actively involved in developing the latest iteration of the Singapore Green Building Masterplan, a key component of the Singapore Green Plan 2030, as well as in the establishment of the Built Environment Technology Alliance (BETA), intended to spur the promotion of technology innovation in the sector.
Hugh has held a range of senior leadership in the public sector, including at Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth, and the Ministry of Law. He has served as a Board member of SportSG, the Singapore Land Authority, and the Intellectual Property Office of Singapore.
In his prior career in the Singapore Armed Forces, Hugh led the development of key programmes such as the Vision for SAF Simulation masterplan, the Army 21 masterplan and the Army Science and Technology Masterplan.
Hugh is currently serving as a Board member of the World Green Building Council, the Singapore Management University, the Anglo-Chinese School, and Infrastructure Asia.

As Asia Director & Senior Advisor to the Secretary General of the World Energy Council, Xiaowei is responsible in strengthening the Council’s visibility and commercial opportunities across Asia. For the Conference Board, she’s leading its Asia Strategic Communications Leaders Council.
Prior to this, Xiaowei worked for Shell. Over her 26+ years with the energy company, she led External Relations teams of various sizes at country, regional and global business level and held various elective roles across China, UK, NL and Singapore. Her last role was the Regional Vice President for External Relations, Asia Pacific.
Xiaowei serves as a Board Member of the Marketing Society Singapore, and the Advisory Board of GGEF, a social enterprise promoting sustainability.
She has a bachelor’s degree in art and social science from Beijing Foreign Studies University, China, and a master’s degree in political economy from the London School of Economics and Political Science, UK. She is fluent in Chinese and English.

With over 20 years of investing experience in South and Southeast Asia, Sugandhi was previously Director of Investment at LeapFrog Investments, a billion-dollar impact fund focused on financial inclusion. In her previous role, Sugandhi led and oversaw investments in financial services businesses in Indonesia and India. Prior to impact investing, she focused on Southeast Asia mid-market private equity at emerging markets investor Actis. Sugandhi began her investing journey as a member of the Financial Services team in Temasek Holdings.
An experienced board member, Sugandhi has held board directorships in companies operating across different countries, including India, Thailand, and Indonesia. She currently sits on the board of Cropin, a global artificial intelligence and data-led agri-tech organization based in India; HCAH India, a leading rehab & recovery care provider in India and the Enterprise Board of the Institute of Innovation & Entrepreneurship at the Singapore Management University. Beyond her board roles, Sugandhi is also actively involved in several investment communities where she holds leadership roles. In 2010, Mr. Foo was conferred the Lifetime Achievement for Outstanding Contribution to Tourism award by the Singapore Tourism Board for his significant contribution to the vibrancy and diversity of Singapore’s nightlife scene over the years. In 2016, he received the National Council Against Drug Abuse NCADA Special Recognition Award for his significant contributions to the anti-drug cause.
Mr Foo was the Founding President of the Singapore Nightlife Business Association SNBA and was instrumental in setting up the Singapore Alliance for Responsible Drinking SARD. As a strong advocate for responsible drinking he played a significant role in the process leading to the amendments to the Liquor Control (Supply and Consumption) Act in 2015.

Mr Ng Yeow Boon is the Deputy Chief Executive (Development) of the Home Team Science & Technology Agency (HTX) Singapore.
HTX, set up on 1 Dec 2019, is the world’s first of its kind Science and Technology (S&T) agency that brings together a diverse range of scientific and engineering capabilities to innovate and deliver transformative and operationally ready solutions for homeland security. A statutory board under the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and integral to the Home Team, HTX works at the forefront of science and technology to help keep Singapore safe and secure. Its purpose is to exponentially impact Singapore’s safety and security, and secure Singapore’s future as the safest place on earth.
In his current capacity, Yeow Boon works closely and advises a cluster of Programme Management Centres that are responsible for the timely implementation of the Science & Technology capabilities to augment a wide range of the Home Team’s frontline operations. He oversees various Centres of Expertise in HTX to develop organic homeland security solutions and direct research and development resources and efforts in relevant digital, engineering and science domains. In addition, he guides the Enterprise Group to strategize, plan and develop enterprise capabilities for MHA in areas such as ICT infrastructure, wireless communications, cloud, data science & artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. Yeow Boon is also the Chief Information Officer (CIO) of HTX, and is responsible for the organisation’s digitalisation efforts and outcomes.
Yeow Boon was a career Police Officer from the Singapore Police Force (SPF). He held various leadership positions within the SPF and Ministry Headquarters, driving the law enforcement and homeland security agenda in the areas of policy development and legislation, joint operations and technology.

Since October 2020, Mr Ng Chun Pin has been the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Planning, Corporate and Technology) of the National Environment Agency (NEA) of Singapore. He leads the development and implementation of cross-functional environmental policies and programmes to build a sustainable, resource-efficient and climate resilient Singapore.
Prior to NEA, Mr Ng was the Divisional Director, Environmental Policy Division, Ministry of the Environment and Water Resources (MEWR). He leads his team to review and formulate policies to ensure a liveable and sustainable environment in Singapore.
Prior to MEWR, Mr Ng held positions at the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth (MCCY), National Youth Council, Ministry of Manpower (MOM), Public Service Division and the then Ministry of Info-Communications and the Arts (MICA).
Mr Ng holds a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Tokyo, and an MBA (with Distinction) from INSEAD. He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School, having completed the 9th General Management Programme, and also a Fellow under the Singapore-China Lien Ying Chow Legacy Fellowship.
