John Cheng is the founder of Innovate 360, Singapore’s first food accelerator combining facilities and a venture capital fund. Since 2018, it has supported over 230 agri-food tech startups with mentorship, infrastructure, funding, and go-to-market support. Innovate 360 operates four facilities, including co-working spaces, laboratories, shared kitchens, manufacturing, and retail spaces. John also co-founded Feed 9 Billion, an open innovation platform driving sustainability and collaboration to feed the global population by 2050.

Mr Tan Kah Han is the Chief Technology Officer / Senior Director (Unmanned Systems Group/Next Generation Programme office) of the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS). As a member of CAAS’ senior management team, his responsibilities include developing aviation sector technology and R&D roadmap. He is also responsible for developing and next generation air navigation services provision capability that include innovative concept of operations and air traffic management systems.

Dave leads BCG’s Climate and Sustainability Practice in Southeast Asia and the Climate Adaptation and Resilience topic in Asia-Pacific. He works with private and public sector clients on climate and sustainability, as well as energy transition strategies.

Chong Wah is a Singapore-based entrepreneur and advisor with over 30 years of experience in marketing research and regional business development. As Co-founder / CEO of Acorn Marketing and Research Consultants, he led the company’s expansion across 11 Asian countries. He also sits on the board of Kwanpen, a heritage luxury brand known for its crocodile leather handbags, retailing in major gateway cities. Kwanpen is the sponsor of the SMU Kwanpen PostGraduate Summer Venture Award.

SS Lim is the CEO of PTC System (S) Pte Ltd., a leading system integrator in enterprise data management solutions in Hybrid IT, Cyber Security, Data Analytics and Artificial Intelligence. 

30 years’ experience in the IT industries holding senior management positions.

He holds a BSc in Business Administration, a Diploma in EE, Diploma in Marketing and Diploma in Directorship.

Dr James Tan is a highly experienced Sports Surgeon and industry Key Opinion Leader with 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector. A founding member of the S'pore Shoulder & Elbow Society and a member of the Asian Shoulder & Elbow Group, he has treated athletes from S'pore National Senior and Youth Teams and professional footballers from S'pore Premier League clubs. His expertise is much sought after and he has instructed at many workshops and seminars in Singapore, South East Asia, China, South Korea and India. 

Dr. Claus Rettig is the regional president of Evonik Asia Pacific since July 1 st, 2022. As a member of the extended executive board of Evonik Industries AG with general power of attorney, Dr. Rettig is responsible for driving the company's growth plan in Asia and making sure that Evonik is present on the ground with modern production and a strong research and development footprint.

Daniel Tay is VP of the Emerging Technology group at Temasek, where he focuses on deep tech investments in Materials and Energy Transition Technologies. His investment portfolio covers critical areas such as next-generation batteries, green steel production, next-gen solar photovoltaics, plastic recycling, AI for Materials Discovery and carbon capture technologies. Daniel earned his PhD in Organic Chemistry from the National University of Singapore and furthered his academic journey with a post-doctoral degree in Biomedical Sciences at A*STAR.

Mr Steve Lee Hee Kwang is the Chief Information Officer of Singapore Power Limited. He is also a director of Singapore District Cooling Limited. He leads a team that is responsible for planning and implementing the overall IT strategy and operational technology projects of the Group, as well as ensuring robustness of the Group’s corporate security systems.

Dr Shawn Vasoo is the Executive Director of the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID), and a Senior Consultant in Infectious Diseases at NCID and Tan Tock Seng Hospital, Singapore. He graduated from the National University of Singapore, completed residency training in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Infectious Diseases at Rush University Medical Center in Chicago, followed by fellowships in Clinical Microbiology and Orthopaedic ID at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota.
