Shirley has accumulated over 28 years of experience in the IT & Technology industry. Currently she is the Managing Partner of TNF Ventures Pte Ltd, a seed and early stage venture fund that focuses on technology startups. Prior to her current role, she oversaw the management and operations of the BT Frontline group in Asia Pacific, where she led the professional services business for Cyber Security, Healthcare and Applications Development.

From 2013 to 2016, Shirley was the Chairman of Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation which is now known as SGTech.​ In recent years, her focus shifted to investing in technology based startups and mentoring startups while remaining keenly passionate about entrepreneurship and innovative technology to drive efficiencies. In the startup scene, she actively helps startups to secure funding and gain market access.​

Shirley serves on the board of Singapore Science Center, Assurity Trusted Solutions and National Kidney Foundation. She previously served on the board of Infocomm Development Authority, Infocomm Media Development Authority of Singapore and Accel Systems & Technologies. She is currently a member of the TechSkills Accelerator Governing Council, member of Temasek Polytechnic IT School Advisory Council, Data Protection Advisory Committee and Entrepreneur-in-Residence of Singapore Management University.

Koh Foo is the Director of the Institute of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (IIE) at the Singapore Management University (SMU). IIE is responsible for the overall innovation and entrepreneurship development at SMU through education and extracurricular activities such as student clubs, competitions, networking events and incubation programs. ​

Prior to joining SMU in 2016, Koh Foo was the Head (Innovation and Enterprise) at the National Research Foundation (NRF) of Singapore. At NRF, he oversaw the National Framework for Innovation and Enterprise, and was responsible for investments into high-tech startups and seeding of early-stage venture capital funds in Singapore. Koh Foo also previously worked as a project manager for the NCS Group, a subsidiary of SingTel. ​

Koh Foo graduated from the National University of Singapore with First Class Honours in Computer Science. He subsequently obtained a Masters of Business Administration from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). He was a recipient of the NCS Undergraduate Scholarship and the UCLA John E Anderson Fellowship.

Professor Annie Koh is a renowned conference speaker, panel moderator and commentator. In addition to being a member of the World Economic Forum Global Future Council on New Agenda for Work, Wages and Job Creation, Professor Koh chairs the Asian Bond Fund 2 supervisory committee of the Monetary Authority of Singapore and serves on the Customs Advisory Council and HR Transformation Advisory Panel. She is currently a board member of AMTD International Inc., PBA Group, Prime US REIT, Prudential Assurance Company Singapore Pte Ltd and Yoma Strategic Holdings Ltd.

Professor Koh also advises privately-owned enterprises such as Flexxon Pte Ltd, Hendricks Corp. Pte Ltd, TOP International, and startups such as AvePoint EduTech, Dedoco, RootAnt Global, StashAway, StaffOnDemand, SWAT Mobility, and non-profits such as WWF Singapore. She has been an investment committee member of iGlobe Partners since July 2010.

Professor Koh received a Ph.D. degree in International Finance with Fulbright scholarship from Stern School of Business, New York University in 1988. In recognition of her contribution to education and the public sector, she was awarded the bronze (2010) and silver (2016) Singapore Public Administration medals respectively, and the Adult Education Prism Award (2017).

Howie leads Corporate Development and Partnerships in NCS. He brings with him years of deep experience and thought leadership in the Info-Communications and Technology (ICT) sector. Prior to joining NCS, he was the Assistant Chief Executive, Media & Innovation Group at Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA), which has oversight of developing the technology, telecommunications, and media business in Singapore as well as technology capability development.

Prior to IMDA, Howie was the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Consumer Business at StarHub, and Vice President of Corporate Development at Lenovo. He has more than 25 years of experience in corporate development, business leadership, and marketing in Lenovo and IBM across the Asia Pacific, China, India and Latin America. ​

Howie serves on several advisory committees and boards, including the Governing Council of the Singapore Institute of Directors and board of Science Centre Singapore. He was recognised as IT Leader of the Year 2020 by Singapore Computer Society and received the Philip Kotler Marketing Excellence award in 2018.​

Sau Hoong is the former CEO and Executive Creative Director of 10AM Communications, an advertising agency that she founded in 2000. Since its founding, 10AM has garnered more than 300 awards including Cannes, the One Show, the British Designer & Art Directors club, Clio and Communication Arts.​

Identified for her unique creative talent, Sau Hoong was invited to join the Planning Committee for the 2008 Beijing Olympics' Opening Ceremony as visual advisor, and contributed to the success of the Beijing Olympics. She headed the Shanghai World Expo 2010 Singapore Pavilion Advisory Panel from 2008 to 2010, and chaired the Speak Mandarin Council (Singapore) from 2008 to 2011. She was also Chairperson for the Public Education Committee of the National Council for Problem Gambling and member of the National Parks Board. ​

Sau Hoong has sat on the jury for many international advertising festivals including Cannes, Clio, Times Asia Pacific Advertising Awards, the New York Advertising Festival, and London International Advertising Awards. Sau Hoong was nominated as one of the top three most influential persons in media, marketing, and advertising in Singapore.​

Mr. Ngiam Shih Chun is the Chief Executive of the Energy Market Authority,  which ensures a reliable and secure energy supply, promotes effective competition in the energy market, and develops a dynamic energy sector in Singapore. ​

Mr. Ngiam was formerly the Deputy Secretary (Industry) at the Ministry of Trade and Industry from 2012 to 2018 where he helped shape Singapore’s industrial and economic policies. In 2016,  he co-led the Secretariat for the Committee on the Future Economy to develop key strategies to generate economic growth and create good jobs for Singaporeans. ​

He has held various appointments in the Emeritus  Senior Minister's  Office, the Ministry of Community  Development, Youth and Sports and the Ministry of Home Affairs. Mr. Ngiam is currently a board member of the Energy  Market Authority, Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore and St Andrew’s Community Services.​

He holds a Master’s degree in Science (Financial Engineering) from National University of Singapore in 2002 and a Master’s degree in Science (Management) from Stanford University, USA in 2006. Mr. Ngiam was awarded the Public Administration  Medal (Silver) in 2016.

Ms Poh was appointed Managing Director of the Singapore Economic Development Board (EDB) on 4 October 2021.​

She was previously Deputy Secretary in the Prime Minister’s Office Strategy Group, which leads and organises the Public Service to develop and implement the strategic priorities of the Government. She also oversaw the National Population and Talent Division and the Centre for Strategic Futures.​

Ms Poh was the founding Chief Executive of the Government Technology Agency of Singapore(GovTech), and was previously the Managing Director of the Infocommunications Development Authority (IDA). She has also held key positions in the Ministry of Manpower, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Defence.​

Ms Poh is an alumnus of Oxford, Cambridge, INSEAD (MBA) and Stanford. She has three teenagers and more patience than before she had them.​

She currently sits on the Boards of SingHealth and St Luke’s Eldercare, and is a member of the Young Presidents’ Organisation and the World Economic Forum Global Futures Council.​

Mr Mukund Sridhar coleads McKinsey's Capital Projects & Infrastructure Practice in Southeast Asia. He serves leading real-estate players, infrastructure developers, principal investors, construction firms, government agencies, and state-owned enterprises. He has over a decade of experience across a variety of strategic, organizational, and operational topics and has served clients across India, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.​

Examples of Mukund’s recent work include the following:​

• actively driving McKinsey’s global research into construction productivity​
• leading the firm’s global work in digital technologies in construction and real estate, covering topics such as 5D BIM, digital mobility and collaboration solutions, and industrialized delivery systems for real estate and advanced analytics​
• fostering collaboration among construction firms, owners, developers, and technology providers​

Mukund has spoken at numerous conferences, including the Financial Times’s World Bank—Singapore Infrastructure Finance Summit, and has also published articles on optimizing digital technologies to enhance productivity.​

Prior to joining McKinsey, Mukund worked in the international-projects division of a leading industrial-products company in Germany and in the manufacturing division of a leading industrial-products company in India.​

Adjunct Associate Professor Tan Cher Heng graduated with a medical degree from National University of Singapore, post-graduate training in Diagnostic Radiology and EMBA from Insead. He is presently Senior Consultant with the Department of Diagnostic Radiology at Tan Tock Seng Hospital (TTSH).

He serves as Assistant Chairman Medical Board (Clinical Research and Innovation) at TTSH, Assistant Dean (Clinical Research) at Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine, and Deputy Clinical Director at Centre for Healthcare Innovation.  He is involved with facilitating collaborations between TTSH/NHG with industry and academic partners. His professional interests are cancer imaging and more recently, use of artificial intelligence in medical imaging.  

Dr Raj Thampuran brings with him a wealth of experience in innovation and technology policies and practices, developmental project management, government relations and the execution of large scale infrastructure projects. He is the Managing Director, Technology & Research.​

Prior this, Raj was the Managing Director of the Agency for Science, Technology & Research (A*STAR), the lead agency of the Singapore Government investing multi-billion dollars for public sector Research and Development in areas of economic and national needs. He assumed that role in 2012 and held various leadership positions in A*STAR before that. He started his career with A*STAR as the Director of Strategy Policy and Planning and later, as Executive Director of Institute of High Performance Computing and the Science and Engineering Research Council. Raj also chaired the technology transfer and licensing arm of A*STAR, which generated over 100 start-ups and manages a large library of IP and patent portfolio.​

Raj is currently an Independent Director at publicly-listed SIA Engineering Company and Chairman of the College of Engineering Advisory Committee at Nanyang Technological University. He holds appointments as Adjunct Professor at the Nanyang Technological University and at the Faculty of Engineering of the National University of Singapore. Given his leadership roles, he has presented numerous talks and written articles on technology in various forums.​

Raj is an engineer by training and holds a PhD in Materials Science. He did his postdoctoral work in modelling and simulation and attended the Advanced Management Programme in INSEAD (Fontainebleau). He was a recipient of the National Academic Excellence Award in 1998, the Public Administration Medal (Bronze) in 2007 and the Public Administration Medal (Silver) in 2016. He is also a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers and the Singapore Academy of Engineers.​
