Ms Lim joined Keppel in 2001. She was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Keppel  Infrastructure Holdings Pte Ltd (Keppel Infrastructure) on 15 February 2021.

In her more than 20 years with Keppel Group, Ms Lim has held various leadership positions. She was the Director of Group Corporate Development (GCD) of Keppel Corporation Limited and concurrently the Managing Director of Keppel Urban Solutions (KUS), an end-to-end integrated master developer of liveable, smart and sustainable precincts and townships in Asia. As the Director of GCD, she focused on harnessing collaboration and unlocking synergies across the operating businesses within the Keppel Group. As the founding Managing Director of KUS, she led the unit to develop and capture investment opportunities in sustainable urbanisation and infrastructure segments. Prior to these, Ms Lim was the Executive Director of Infrastructure Services in Keppel Infrastructure, where she stewarded the operating business performance of utility-scale energy and environmental facilities, including asset management, operations and maintenance, health, safety & environment (HSE) and supply chain strategies.

As Chief Executive Officer of AEM, Chandran Nair takes the lead in growing the global business and expanding product offerings for the company. Together with his regional teams, Chandran is responsible for elevating AEM’s position as the global leader in offering application-specific, intelligent system tests and handling solutions for semiconductor and electronics companies serving the advanced computing, 5G, and AI markets.

With over 25 years of an established career in the semiconductor and instrumentation and technology industries, Chandran is experienced in various portfolios, including engineering, sales, marketing, and strategic planning. He has led teams in Asia, Europe, and the US to implement sales and marketing strategies and technology roadmaps to create robust and sustainable business growth and established meaningful relationships with partners and employees. Prior to joining AEM, Chandran was the President of the Robotics and Autonomous Systems Business Unit at ST Engineering, driving projects on autonomous vehicles and robotics solutions for ports, logistics warehouses, and transport.

Before ST Engineering, Chandran joined National Instruments (NI) in 1997. He was responsible for the growth of the industry-standard modular instrumentation platform, PXI, and the expansion of NI’s offices in APAC as Vice President. Under his leadership, NI’s business in APAC achieved revenue growth of almost USD400 million. Chandran is recognized as an accomplished business leader as well as an expert and thought leader in the engineering and tech global community. The Asian Manufacturing Awards presented him with the Industry Leader of the Year (2016). He sits on the board of the Singapore Science Centre, the advisory board of the Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Centre (ARTC), and is a Regional Advisory Board member of SEMI Southeast Asia. Oi-Yee was appointed CEO of ADDX in March 2022. She has 20 years of capital raising and M&A advisory experience. 

Before joining ADDX as Chief Commercial Officer in January 2020, Oi-Yee was with UBS for 6 years and was Head of Investment Banking for UBS Singapore. She joined UBS from Morgan Stanley, where she was Head of Singapore Investment Banking. Prior to Morgan Stanley, she ran the Southeast Asia real estate investment banking franchise for Nomura Singapore. She started her investment banking career with Citigroup, covering Singapore corporate and real estate clients.

Between 2006 and 2008, Oi-Yee was Senior Vice President, Strategy and Business Development, for Parkway Holdings, the largest healthcare company in Asia, and helped create the Parkway Life REIT. 

Oi-Yee graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Accountancy. She also has a Master of Business Administration from Manchester Business School.

Chiet Ping had worked 33 years with HP holding various positions with the last being Senior Vice President of Operations, HP Asia Pacific. She has set up operations and factories in China, Japan, Australasia, India, etc. Her experience with operating in all the countries in Asia Pacific, especially China and India has provided her deep insights into how businesses can be run in the Asia Pacific region. 

She also worked as a consultant for 2 full years to the top management of the most prominent white goods corporation in China, focusing on restructuring the organisation and business processes. 

Chiet Ping has been involved with the start-up eco system in Singapore since 2010. She is a Partner with Green Meadows Accelerator Pte Ltd (Enterprise Spore Seed Capital‘s co-investment partner ) and Small World Accelerator Pte Ltd ( another Seed Capital co-investment partner), all part of the SG Equity program under Enterprise Singapore. The focus of these accelerators is investments into deep tech startup space- Advanced Manufacturing and Engineering,  Novel materials and Photonics, IOT, Clean /Green-tech, etc.  

She served on the board of Razer Inc from 2007 to 2014. She has also been an independent director of Ascendas Fund Management- a manager of SGX-listed Ascendas Reit. She is also involved in the boards of several of her investee companies.  

Dr Cheong Wei Yang is the Vice Provost (Strategic Research Partnerships) of SMU and holds a Joint Appointment as the Deputy Secretary (Technology) at the Ministry of Health, where he innovated on the use of technology in our national response against Covid-19, developed the health innovation ecosystem to achieve MOH’s 3 Beyonds – beyond healthcare to health, beyond hospital to community, and beyond quality to value, and shaped the technology architecture to deliver Population Health, and eventually Precision Health and Preventive Health. His other prior appointments include Deputy CEO of National Research Foundation (NRF) where he implemented the S$19 billion Research, Innovation, Enterprise (RIE) 2020 plan and led an inter-agency effort to develop the S$25 billion RIE 2025 plan. He served on several boards including the Boards of Integrated Health Information Systems (IHS), Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), ISEAS-Yusof Ishak Institute, National Medical Research Council, Experimental Drug Development Centre and NRF Holdings. He continues to serve on the Boards of Consortium for Clinical Research and Innovation, Singapore (CRIS), Advanced Cell Therapy and Research Institute (ACTRIS) and Precision Health Research, Singapore (PRECISE). 

Wei Yang was also previously Divisional Director (Planning) in MOE. Beyond educational policies, he shaped educational research at National Institute of Education and led international benchmarking and partnership efforts. As Deputy Director (Manufacturing & Services) at MTI overseeing EDB, he led the Secretariat for the Economic Strategies Committee chaired by then Minister for Finance Tharman Shanmugaratnam. As Head Fiscal Strategy at Ministry of Finance, he shaped Singapore’s long-term fiscal sustainability. 

As a Rhodes Scholar and PSC Scholar, Wei Yang obtained his DPhil/MPhil in Economics from Oxford, and his S.B. in Chemical Engineering and S.B. in Economics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology respectively. 

Dr James Tan is a highly experienced Sports Surgeon and industry Key Opinion Leader with 20 years of experience in the healthcare sector. A founding member of the S'pore Shoulder & Elbow Society and a member of the Asian Shoulder & Elbow Group, he has treated athletes from S'pore National Senior and Youth Teams and professional footballers from S'pore Premier League clubs. His expertise is much sought after and he has instructed at many workshops and seminars in Singapore, South East Asia, China, South Korea and India.  
  
He is highly skilled in Orthopaedic and minimally-invasive Shoulder and Knee Surgery and is a three-time Service Champion Gold Award winner who received fellowship training in the treatment of Shoulder & Knee injuries, Cartilage and Tendon Restoration at the Sportsorthopaedie Klinikum Rechts der Isar, Technical University of Munich.

Dr Cher Heng Tan is a clinician leader who seeks to transform healthcare through systems change. As the Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Building) for the Housing & Development Board (HDB) of Singapore, Dr Wong leads the six Building Groups in the development of HDB’s towns and estates, from strategic urban planning, and infrastructure planning, to the design, construction and contract management of HDB building projects. Guided by Dr Wong, the groups also carry out social and economic research and surveys to improve our town plans and building designs, as well as research on innovative, cost-effective solutions and technologies to drive construction productivity, create a better living environment and achieve greater sustainability. 

With his experience and passion for driving smart technology and Research & Innovation efforts in the Built Environment, Dr Wong assumes a concurrent appointment as HDB’s Chief Science & Technology Officer. With digitalization and advanced technologies being a key strategic growth area, he will lead HDB Groups to oversee and drive HDB’s Science, Technology & Engineering (STE) master planning efforts.

Fong Saik Hay is currently a corporate advisor with a Temasek Deep Tech Fund, Xora Innovation.

He is also helping 3G&S nurture Grimes Decarbonizing Technology Platform anchoring her in Singapore.

He retired from ST Engineering on Oct 2018 with a career spanning 37 years with the last 17 years as Group CTO and President of ST Dynamics. ST Dynamics is the group's new concept and advanced engineering unit.

Amongst his contributions, he had led the development of the Bionix Indigenous Armour Fighting Vehicle from concept to deployment and, subsequently, built up the Terrexes and Bronco families of fighting vehicles. He had also led investments in fuel cells, Stirling engines, electric vehicles, desalination and advanced materials technologies.

Under ST Dynamics, it spun out a fast innovation arm, Innosparks, which developed the Airplus Smart Masks providing Singapore with mask-making capabilities and which subsequently allowed for quick in-country boarding of mask-making capabilities during the early stages of Covid.

Upon retirement, He was appointed Corporate Advisor to Temasek International from 2020 to 2022 supporting the formulation of various sustainability initiatives such as water and climate change mitigation. He managed to introduce the Grimes Technology Platform to Temasek winning 3 grants to advance this potentially impactful technology for Singapore and beyond.

On public service and non-profit contributions, he serves on the Board of the School of Science and Technology and Love Your Family International (LYF). LYF focuses on building strong family relationships. He had served 10 years as a board member in Care Corner until the Year 2022.

He has been awarded Public Service Medal(bronze) and Defence Technology Prize (Bionix 
Development). He has a Master of Science in Computer, information and Control Engineering from the University of Michigan, First Class Honours in Bsc in Mechanical Engineering from the National University of Singapore and Program Management Development from Harvard.

Mr Heng Teck Thai joined Building and Construction Authority (BCA) as Deputy Chief Executive Officer, BuildSG Office in August 2021. In this role, he is responsible for rallying progressive BE firms to lead transformation in their respective commercial ecosystems and also oversees BCA’s customer relations and corporate communications functions.

Teck Thai’s experience spans both public and private sectors over a period of more than 20 years.

He started his career with the Singapore Economic Development Board during which time, he closed investment deals in a diverse range of sectors including in aerospace components and high-end medical instrumentation manufacturing and medical device and software development. After the Singapore Economic Development Board, Teck Thai also spent time as a Consultant with the Boston Consulting Group, consulting for a global semiconductor automation systems company.

After BCG, Teck Thai moved into private equity and venture capital, starting with Quvat Capital, a private equity investment firm focused on Indonesia, Malaysia and Singapore, where he was responsible for operations improvement and also the Quvat funds’ portfolio management, valuations across its portfolio companies and fund-raising. In his PE and VC career, he had also been a Venture Partner in Novo Tellus Capital Partners (NTCP) and prior to that, a Principal in NTCP, where he was responsible for dealing sourcing and execution of growth equity investments and private equity buyouts in Singapore, Indonesia and Malaysia.

From 2012-2013, he served as Commissioner of PT BNI Securities, the securities brokerage subsidiary of Bank BNI (one of the top 5 largest banks in Indonesia), where he drove change management at the Board and CXO levels, to improve the performance of the company. PT BNI Securities was successfully turned around and become profitable by the end of 2013.

Immediately prior to returning to public service with BCA, Teck Thai was a Partner at SMDV, the venture arm and digital platform of Sinar Mas Group, and concurrently CEO of a marketing affiliate and loyalty program platform incorporated in Indonesia.

Teck Thai had also developed and co-owns two hotel properties in Bali, Indonesia: for a period of four years from 2014 to 2018, he drove the conceptualization, fund-raising and financing, development, construction, opening and operations of a 96-key 4-star hotel and an 80-key 5-star resort.

Teck Thai was awarded the Glaxo Wellcome-Economic Development Board scholarship and received his BSc Industrial Engineering and MSc Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University. He also received an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management.

As Chief Technology Officer & Global Vice President of Technology Services, Rowena Yeo is responsible for delivering technology solutions and operational excellence for Johnson & Johnson globally. Rowena is the first woman and Asian CTO in J&J. She leads the Technology Services organization, a group that directly enables J&J’s growth, innovation, and agility, enabling the technology foundation and capabilities required to improve healthcare outcomes. Rowena has been instrumental in the transformation of the Technology Services organization. She has extensive experience leading the strategic direction for technologies, driving innovation and business priorities, as well as creating value for the employees, patients, and customers we serve.

Rowena serves on J&J’s Global Technology Leadership Team, helping translate business priorities and challenges into technology solutions. She is also a founding member of J&J’s Global Data Science Council and continues to serve on the council representing the Technology function.

Rowena joined J&J in 2016 as Vice President, CIO Janssen Pharmaceuticals, Asia Pacific. In that role, she led the strategic direction of technology to support business objectives in the region. By fostering collaboration among J&J business partners and the broader technology organization, Rowena and her team established digital and technology platforms that enabled next-generation digital capabilities in the region.

Rowena offers a wealth of experience, having spent more than 21 years at Cargill, Inc., which she joined in 1994. During that time, she held various regional and global leadership roles with increasing responsibilities before serving concurrently as the Global Group CIO for Cargill Agricultural Trading and Processing Sector and Asia Pacific Regional CIO. At Cargill, Rowena built and developed both the Global and Regional IT teams, established technology strategies and capabilities, and led Cargill through various transformations that enabled Cargill’s growth. Before Cargill, Inc., Rowena had a successful career with IBM Singapore.

Rowena’s experience in technology and business spans more than three decades in various global, regional and business roles. Dr Bernard Leong is currently transitioning his career to focus on enterprise AI as an entrepreneur. He has a strong background in business and technology management, particularly in digital transformation. His previous experience includes holding regional business roles as the Head of Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning in Amazon Web Services for ASEAN, Vice President of Airbus Aerial focusing on satellite and drone services in the Asia Pacific, and senior management roles in Singapore Post as the Head of Digital Services and Group Chief Information & Digital Office in Woh Hup. Outside of his corporate role, he serves as an entrepreneur in residence at INSEAD Business School, where he connects with the Southeast Asia entrepreneurial ecosystem and teaches courses on digital transformation as an adjunct lecturer at NUS Business School. He is also the founder and host of the Analyse Asia podcast, where he interviews leading technology and business figures from the Asia Pacific region and beyond. Additionally, he is an active independent angel investor specialising in AI and crypto & Web3 startups, personally or with the XA Network, over the past three years.

Dr Chris Tan is a Pioneer APAC leader in the field of clinical genomics and molecular diagnostics with extensive experience in startups and MNCs in the Healthcare Service, Molecular Diagnostics, Precision Medicine sectors. Over the course of his career, I have developed professional experience in international settings across the Asia Pacific including China, Japan and Rest of Asia.

Dr Tan has excellent expertise in leading and transforming genomics business models and building growth engines for large MNCs in the Asia Pacific as well as enjoyed notable success in building molecular diagnostics startup to full operational capabilities on sound financial footing.

Colin Lim is the Chief Information Officer and Chief Data Officer of the Singapore Ministry of Health (MOH). He is also Group Director, InfoComm, Technology and Data Group. Prior to MOH, he was the founder and CEO of mobilityX, a start-up that received funding from SMRT and Toyota Tsusho. His previous experience includes the private (IBM UK and SMRT) and public (Singapore Administrative Service - Ministries of Home Affairs, Manpower and Transport as well as the Land Transport Authority) sectors.  

Colin graduated from the London School of Economics and Oxford University. 

Cyril is a General Partner at SOSV and the founder and co-Managing Director of HAX. Yoke Sin leads the enterprise business group which serves the needs of enterprise and government sector clients, ranging from SMEs to multinational corporations. 

Prior to joining StarHub, Yoke Sin was the Chief Executive Officer of Integrated Health Information Systems. With more than 30 years of experience in the IT industry, Yoke Sin was also the Chair of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society Asia Pacific Governing Council. 

Yoke Sin is Vice President of the Singapore Computer Society. She currently sits on the Boards of the Singapore Land Authority, SG Enable, Republic Polytechnic and the National Kidney Foundation. Yoke Sin holds a PhD in Chemistry from the National University of Singapore and attended the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard University. 

Dr Chow Weien is a Senior Consultant Cardiologist and the Chief Data and Digital Officer at Changi General Hospital (CGH). He sub-specialises in the use of multi-modality cardiac imaging in the diagnosis, risk stratification and management of coronary artery disease and other heart conditions. He is also a Visiting Consultant (Hyperbaric & Diving Medicine) to Singapore General Hospital and the Singapore Armed Forces. 

Dr Chow completed his Bachelors in Medicine & Surgery (MBBS) from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2002 and obtained Membership of Royal Colleges of Physicians (MRCP) in 2008. He went on to complete his cardiology training in Singapore followed by further training in Nuclear Cardiology at Cedars Sinai Medical Center and Cardiac CT Angiography at Johns Hopkins Medical Center in the USA. He was also trained in Echocardiography.  

As the Chief Data and Digital Officer, he champions digitalization, drives data management and data governance, and promotes the importance of cybersecurity policies and best practices. 

Prior to joining CGH, Dr Chow served the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) for more than 16 years before retiring from active military service as the Chief Naval Medical Officer and Commander, Force Medical Protection Command. He received his Hyperbaric and Diving Medicine training in the USA. 

Darian McBain is a globally experienced Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO), advisor and board member. She is a world recognised expert, speaker and author on sustainability, ESG, supply chains, business human rights and sustainable finance. She is a UN SDG Pioneer for a Sustainable Ocean Economy 2021, a Fast Company Most Creative People in Business 2020, and was named one of Asia's Top Sustainability Superwomen. 
 
Darian was the inaugural Chief Sustainability Officer for the Monetary Authority of Singapore and the first CSO for a central bank globally. Prior to this, she was Global Director of Corporate Affairs & Sustainability Thai Union Group, a multi-billion dollar listed FMCG company operating globally and headquartered in Asia. In a career spanning over 20+years, Darian has held roles including Managing Director of the agency Blue Sky Green, advising business and governments on communications, supply chain, procurement and sustainability strategy; Director of Policy/Sustainable Development Executive for the National Health Service (NHS) Purchasing Agency; Communications Manager at the UN IMO for the International Oil Pollution Compensation Funds; a lead with WWF on market transformation for commodities such as palm oil and timber; and worked for the environmental regulator NSW EPA.  
 
Darian is an Adjunct Senior Lecturer with Integrated Sustainability Analysis at the University of Sydney and holds a PhD on social and environmental indicators for global supply chain analysis. Darian holds a Masters of Science in Business Strategy, Politics and Environment from the University of London, and a Bachelor of Engineering (Environmental) from the University of NSW. 
 
Darian is an experienced communications professional, working on staff and change engagement, corporate storytelling, brand profile and reputation management. She is a published author, with books, academic articles and blogs published in traditional and social media. She is a regular speaker and commentator at conferences, on television and webinars, and is a member of several not-for-profit boards. She has a passion for innovation and technology, currently working on projects including digital traceability, blockchain and virtual reality.

Dr Pang Chee Meng is currently the Chief Engineering and Technology Officer of PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency. In this role, he leads PUB’s Technology and Engineering Department to administer its R&D program for the development and application of new water technologies in the entire water cycle.

Prior to his current role, Chee Meng was the Director of the Industry and Technology Collaboration Department. He led a team to formulate and implement strategies to grow the Singapore water industry and facilitate the commercialisation of new water technologies.

Chee Meng holds a PhD in Environmental Technology and a Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) in Civil Engineering from the National University of Singapore. He also attended the Stanford Executive Programme at Stanford University.

Weidong Hao, Ph.D., MBA, Chief Scientific Officer of EDDC ( Experimental Drug Development Centre), a seasoned scientist and leader with Pfizer, MedImmune, AstraZeneca, Hansoh Bio and Zencore Biologics. He has over 20 years of discovery experience in different therapeutic areas utilizing platforms such as small molecule, antibody, fusion protein and oncolytic virus. 

He was the key contributor to AZD3427 (from project initiation to candidate drug and IND filing), which has successfully completed phase I clinical trial (NCT04630067), is currently in Phase IIb clinical trial in the US (NCT05737940) and in China (JXSL2300044). He is the inventor of 9 patents. 

A graduate of Tsinghua University in China, Weidong Hao obtained his Ph.D. from SUNY at Stony Brook, and MBA from UCSD. 

Mr Hong oversees the standards and governance of the Group’s engineering and technological capabilities. He is also responsible for growing the Group’s capabilities to support its renewables, energy storage, conventional energy, water and green hydrogen businesses.

He brings with him deep experience in engineering and technology, including managing multiple business teams in an integrated refining-petrochemical complex. He has also held various corporate roles in strategic planning, global marketing and supply chain over his 27 years in the refining and petrochemicals industry.

Mr Hong holds a Master of Business in Information Technology from the University of Surrey and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.

Dr Josephine Kwa is the Director of Barghest Building Performance Pte Ltd. 

Dr Kwa was formerly the Chief Executive Officer of NSL Ltd and during her 23 year tenure, served as Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Technology, responsible for the R&D, IT, Energy & Environmental investments and strategies of the NSL Group. She was a member of the Board of the Groups companies in Australia, Thailand, China and Malaysia. 

Dr Kwa is a member of the Management Board of the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR), Sembcorp Industries and Chair of the Technology Advisory Panel of the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore. She also Chairs the Technology and R&D Panel of Southern Steel Berhad in Malaysia. 

Dr Kwa served as Chairman of Raffles Marine Holdings Ltd for 12 years and also served as Chairman of the National Energy Efficiency Committee for Industries in Singapore from 2000 to 2009. She is currently a member of MOE’s Quality Assessment Framework for the Universities in Singapore and the Steering Committee of the Singapore Certified Energy Managers’ Programme.  

Dr Kwa holds a BSc (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering and a PhD from the University of Leeds, United Kingdom. 

Genping Liu joined Vertex Ventures in 2010. He covers Southeast Asia on industry sectors including fintech, blockchain, cryptocurrency, internet/mobile and enabling technologies. 

He is passionate and knowledgeable about frontier technologies such as cryptocurrency. He was a Columnist for The Business Times’ monthly column, Crypto Watch featuring crypto investing from venture capitalist's perspective. Genping sits on the board of many of our portfolio companies such as Nium and Validus works closely with founders on the companies' strategies including fundraising, recruitment, and market penetration. 

Genping has a diversified set of experience working with startups & multinational companies in various sectors including internet, electronics (batteries), telecom and investment banking. He started his career with a product manager role at Motorola Electronics Singapore. 

Genping holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University Singapore, and MBA from University of California – Los Angeles. 

Marc Leong is the Head of SME Banking at Maybank Singapore where he is responsible for retail SME lending business, including products, promotions and partnerships. Marc Leong is a career banker, having spent the last 20 years in various business segments and disciplines. Prior to his current role in SME Banking, Marc was involved in branch management, wealth and consumer finance product sales, deposit acquisition, account management, commercial banking, cash management etc. He has a business degree with National University of Singapore and an MBA from University of Manchester. 

Peter is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Board Member of Temasek Life Sciences Laboratory Ltd (TLL).

He spearheads and drives TLL’s commercialisation efforts and has been instrumental in the establishment of many significant research collaborations with industries as well as the creation of various TLL spin-offs and research enterprises over the last decade. 

Peter is concurrently the CEO and Board member of Temasek Lifesciences Accelerator Pte Ltd (TLA), a joint venture company between TLL and Vertex Venture Holdings Ltd. He is also the Director and member of the investment committee at The Life Sciences Innovation Fund, aimed at growing disruptive life science innovations through pre-seed, seed, and series A venture capital funding. 

Peter was a Board member of Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) now know as Singapore Food Agency (SFA) from April 2010 to March 2018. 

Peter is listed as a co-inventor of two international patents. The first was licensed together with a suite of 3 other patents to a European cleantech company and the second became the primary intellectual property asset for a spin off company in Singapore. 

Peter is also on the Board of various technology start-ups in the agritech, aquatech and sustainability space.

Phil Inagaki is Managing Director at Xora, an early-stage, deep tech investment platform of Temasek. 

Most recently, he was an Operating Partner with The Engine, a $500M AUM, early stage deep tech venture fund with ties to MIT. Prior to his investor roles, he held Co-Founder, CEO and Executive Chairman roles at venture-backed start-ups in a variety of deep tech fields, including advanced materials, semiconductors, nanotechnology, micro-electronics, energy, 3D printing, robotics and AI. His longest tenure was as Co-Founder and CEO of Polyera, where he took a novel semiconductor technology from Northwestern University to successful commercialization with fab partners in Asia. 

Phil holds an A.B. in Physics from Princeton University magna cum laude and 12 US patents.

Professor Ng Huck Hui is the Assistant Chief Executive for Research and Talent Development, and Chief Scientific Advisor of the Institute of Molecular and Cell Biology (IMCB) , under the Agency for Science, Technology and Research. 

Prof Ng is renowned in the field of gene regulation and genomics. His laboratory is developing diagnostic and therapeutics modalities for brain and liver diseases. Prof Ng had held several administrative positions. He was the Executive Director of the Genome Institute of Singapore and the Executive Director of the A*STAR Graduate Academy. 

Prior to joining A*STAR, Professor Ng was a postdoctoral fellow with Harvard Medical School under the prestigious Damon Runyon-Walter Winchell Postdoctoral Fellowship. Professor Ng is renowned in the field of stem cells, having spent more than a decade in research to understand and uncover the intricacies of gene regulation and how they relate to cell biology. He was also the President for the Stem Cell Society Singapore, which is a major platform for educating the public on stem cell research. In 2016, Professor Ng was elected to be an Associate Member of the European Molecular Biology Organization, making him the only associate member to be based in Singapore. 

In recognition of his scientific contributions, Professor Ng has received numerous local and international honours and awards, including the Young Scientist Award in 2004, Singapore Youth Award in 2005, National Science Award in 2007, Junior Chamber International (JCI) The Outstanding Young Persons Singapore Awards in 2009, Singapore Youth Award (Commendation Medal) in 2010, President's Science Award (Team Award) in 2011, President’s Science Award (Team Award) in 2018 and The Public Administration Medal (Silver), National Day Awards 2019. 

Outside of A*STAR, Professor Ng is very active in the local universities and organizations, and holds adjunct positions at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, NUS Faculty of Science, Nanyang Technological University (NTU) School of Biological Sciences, and the Singapore Eye Research Institute (SERI). He also sits on the Board of Science Centre Singapore and NUS High School.

Mr. Quentin Vaquette is a Co-Founding Partner at Wavemaker Impact. Mr. Vaquette serves as Advisor at WasteX. He Founded & served as Managing Director at Engie Factory Asia-pacific. He had served as Project Manager Hydrogen Solutions at Engie. Previously he served as Consultant Internship at Artscape, Cape Town, South Africa. He is a venture builder and with deep expertise in climatetech, energy technology, and business model innovation.

He has built a successful corporate venture builder for ENGIE focused on climate-tech with partners like EDB, ESG, and Standard Chartered Bank, at which he has built over 10 companies in Southeast Asia in areas such as solar, and energy efficiency, cold chain, industrial processes, and green finance.

Prior to that he built ENGIE's renewable hydrogen business and lead the investment in large and small-scale renewable energy infrastructure projects across South and Southeast Asia.

Dr. Rajan Kalidindi is the Executive GM, GE HealthCare Services business in AKA (ASEAN, Korea, ANZ) since 2022 and prior to this role he was GM for Ultrasound business for ASEAN at GE HealthCare since 2019.

Rajan started his GE career in 2013 under the Experienced Commercial Leadership Program (ECLP), a program for future marketing and sales leaders in the organization. His first role with the company was Strategic Marketing Manager for GE Healthcare. He then moved to a Strategic Marketing role with GE Power & Water in 2014. Between 2014 to 2017, Dr. Rajan returned to GE Healthcare as Primary Ultrasound Leader at Asia Pacific. Rajan was appointed as Country Head for entire GE Healthcare operations in Thailand in 2017. 

Prior to GE, Rajan worked at Nanyang Technological University (NTU) where he was responsible for commercializing technologies, develop IP strategies, and mentor earlystage start-ups. He worked at a start-up in NUS after the Ph.D from 2007-2010. He was also a Research Engineer at National University of Singapore (NUS) between 2003 to 2005. Dr. Rajan 
has authored more than 20 international journals which have been cited 600 times since. 

Dr. Rajan graduated with a Master’s and Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from NUS and an MBA in Strategy & Finance from Temple, USA in 2012.

Teo Swee Ann is the Founder and CEO of Espressif Systems.  A visionary entrepreneur and tech innovator, he stands at the forefront of revolutionizing the world of wireless communication and IoT technologies. His commitment to open-source development and collaboration has been instrumental in creating vibrant and engaged developer communities. He has been honoured as the "Outstanding Overseas Executive of the Year" at the esteemed Singapore Business Awards 2022/2023, and is also a fellow at the Academy of Engineering Singapore.

Mr. Vinamra Srivastava, Chief Sustainability Officer of CapitaLand Investment (CLI), is responsible for formulating and integrating the Group’s ESG strategy, policies and best practices into its global business and operations to achieve its sustainability targets, deliver long-term economic value to stakeholders and foster a culture of sustainability across the organisation. 

Before this, Vinamra was CEO, Business Parks for CapitaLand India since 2018 where he led real estate investments, operations, asset management and sustainability strategy. He previously headed Group Corporate Strategy & Development for Ascendas-Singbridge before its merger with CapitaLand, where he contributed to the post-merger integration and oversaw formulation of the company’s corporate strategy. Prior to entering real estate, Vinamra was a management consultant leading projects across geographies in areas including growth strategy, market entry, M&A and feasibility studies. 

Vinamra holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor of Engineering from University of Pune. 

Yvonne Voon is a Partner at Fifth Wall, based out of our Singapore office. She is in charge of spearheading the Firm's growth in APAC, including LP Coverage and Capital Markets, as well as looking out for future investment opportunities in APAC. 

Prior to joining Fifth Wall, Yvonne was heading up capital raising efforts at a leading APAC logistics platform, LOGOS Property. Yvonne also spent almost 15 years at Credit Suisse, where she was most recently the Head of Southeast Asia Real Estate within the Investment Banking and Capital Markets division. She also took on various roles in the Equities division in Singapore, London and Malaysia offices, including in Equity Research and Sales. 

Yvonne was born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and currently lives in Singapore. She graduated from the University of Melbourne, Australia with a degree in Commerce.
